VENDOR FEES
50 Covered booths 10’X10’ south & west locations
17 Open booth 10’X 20’ north & east locations

Shoshone-Bannock Enrolled Members - $250*
Other Federal Recognize Tribal Member - $350*
Non Native American- $450*
No pre-arrangement of payments allowed.

Confirmation package will be mailed out once payment is paid in full with the following:
Receipt, Booth Location, any supporting documents for vendor. Vendors will be issued one (1) parking pass upon arrival.

If you have not received a confirmation package by Aug 4th, 2010 please call our office.

Please be aware all booths are based on first full paid, first completed application, then first assigned number only. Vendors are not guarantee previous set up locations.

Mary Broncho's Family Giveaway Thursday, August 12 from 9:00 - 9:30 PM: Given by the family, Gordon Oats and family, Jerry (Sue) Oats and family, Mary (Kenny) Broncho and family, Loretta Oats and family, aunt Merciline Parker sister of Flora Oats.

  Family Team Dance with 3 or more in a team – In honor of family unity working as a team, we are sponsoring the “family team dance” special allowing the oldest to the youngest to dance with their families.  There will be 4 places – 1st = $800; 2nd = $600; 3rd = $400; 4th = $200
     
Open “49” Contest Special (3 singers with 1 woman back-up) – The 49 singers will be asked to create their own 49 song with singers singing Friday, Saturday night and finals on Sunday night.  There will be 4 places – 1st = $800; 2nd = $600; 3rd = $400; 4th = $200.   Jr/Teen Round Bustle/Chick Dance Special (6 – 17 year old) - 4 places– The round bustle or chicken category represents our traditional way of dance.  So in honor of the round bustle and also to encourage the young to dance this style, the committee will sponsor this special.
     

Special: Neveah Tishie, Outgoing Tzi-Tzi Princess Special, Tiny Tots Ages: 0-5 & Honor Song

 

  Grand Entry for adult categories will be on evening of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Teen and Jr. categories will be done on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
     
Special: Qwelu Titus, Outgoing Future Princess   Special: Aurora Toledo, Outgoing Festival Little Princess Jr. Jingle dress Contest (3 songs/5 winners/3 consolation)
     
Special: Kalli Jo Edmo, Outgoing
