Land Use Department

Our top priority is the management of Tribal Lands and resources on the Reservation to protect Tribal sovereignty. We are charged with helping the Land Use Policy Commission administer the Land Use Ordinance, Telecommunications Ordinance, Trespass Ordinance, and other laws of the Tribes.
