Solid Waste Program

The  Solid Waste Program is Responsible for managing three  residential transfer stations, curbside collection routes, and roll-off bin services for tribal programs, and local businesses. This program plays a pivotal role in effective waste management.

Residential Services

Collection days are assigned, and arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Please place cart curbside by 8AM on designated collection day. Drivers cannot turn around for late containers. Service includes one dump per container, per week - no exceptions. Route schedules and services rates are based on disposal weight. Customers with extra material should utilize the transfer station or rent a second container. To pay by phone please call (208)478-3743.

Transfer Stations

To use the Transfer Stations you will need to get a permit and apply your sticker to the lower left corner or exterior windshield. Transfer station entry will be denied if sticker is not affixed to windshield. Sticker is non-transferable, and the Transfer Stations operates Monday – Saturday:

Commercial Service

Commercial Service

Roll-off bins, also known as "dumpsters" are billed at a flat rate. Each rental includes one delivery placement, one collection removal, transport mileage and landfill tipping. Rental fees are based on two-week assignment and container size. Pre-payment is required for residences and single-use contractors. Service requests are processed in order received; standard processing time is next business day.

  • 20-YD: $355
