Community Health Nursing.
There are several programs that provides nursing services to the Fort Hall community to educate residents on healthy living practices, promoting prevention over treatment. Clinical Services include Womenâs health, well-child checks, immunizations, prenatal care, family planning, health screening for sexually transmitted infections, cancer, depression risk, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome assessment, physical exams, DOT exams, sports examinations, acute care and chronic care management.
