Intended for Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Members:

Pursuant to the Resolution # GAME-2023-0369; Section 3 Part 3.5 of the 2023 Off-Reservation Chinook Salmon Hunting Regulations, Chinook salmon hunting shall curtail when the harvest guidelines are reached in a Fishery Management Area or spawning commences in more than four Fishery Management areas.

As of Monday, August 28, 2023 spawning was documented in more than four Fishery Management Areas, therefore, all Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Chinook salmon hunting will be curtailed, effective as of 11:59 p.m., Monday, August 28, 2023.
