Located in the HRDC Building, our small community library offers an excellent space to check out books, look for jobs online and also work with our Library Techs. We're dedicated to helping community members with our library resources. These services collectively provide patrons of all ages with opportunities for learning, enrichment, and connection in Fort Hall.

Book Mobile

Our Book Mobile is designed to get resources out into our community, stopping at different locations. We'll keep publishing new schedules each month, and invite you to come experience this unique resource.

  • Wednesday 3:45PM - 4:45PM (Tribal Youth Education Program)
  • Every other Friday 10AM - 12PM (Chief Tahgee)
  • District Meetings 5:30PM - 7PM

Strengthening Our Community.


The Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Library, within the Human Services Department, offers diverse services to tribal and local community members within the Fort Hall Indian Reservation area. Collaborating partners include tribal programs, schools, and agencies such as the Consumer Services Program, Early Childhood Education Center, Tribal Youth Education Program, 477 Education, Employment and Training Program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program, General Welfare Assistance Program, Adult Protection Services Program, Elderly Nutrition Services Program, Shoshone-Bannock Jr/Sr. High School, and more.
