Monday, August 25, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the E.I.S.F. Harvest Plaza – Building No. 8 (third building on the east side of the Food Court) – north door

Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the E.I.S.F. Harvest Plaza – Building No. 8 (third building on the east side of the Food Court) – north door

Wednesday, August 27, 2025. from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) at the E.I.S.F. Harvest Plaza – Building No. 8 (third building on the east side of the Food Court) – north door

Exhibitors with more than 12 entries MUST enter before 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. No exhibits will be received after these hours. Release date: Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
