Shoshone-Bannock tribal attorney William “Bill” Bacon’s life will be celebrated Friday, April 17, 2026 with a memorial and plaque dedication from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel, in the Racehorse Room.
