Congratulations to the students who completed the Tribal Future Workforce Internship Program!

The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes joined partners from Idaho National Laboratory (INL) to recognize this year’s interns for their hard work, dedication and commitment to developing valuable career and life skills.

Fort Hall Business Council member Michael Tindore Sr. congratulated the students and praised their growth throughout the program.

“I’m so proud of you. I’ve watched many of you over the last few years and have seen how much you’ve accomplished. The skills you’re learning will stay with you for a lifetime, whether you choose a trade or another career path. These are skills you’ll use every day, especially as homeowners. We’re proud of each of you, and we’ll continue supporting programs like this because investing in our youth is investing in our future.”

Students received certificates recognizing the completion of their internships, providing another credential to add to their professional portfolios as they continue their education and career journeys.

The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes extend their appreciation to Idaho National Laboratory, the instructors, mentors and everyone who helped make this program possible. Through strong partnerships, we’re creating opportunities that empower our youth, strengthen our workforce and build a brighter future for our communities.

Congratulations to all of this year’s interns—we’re proud of you and look forward to seeing what you accomplish next!
