Boyer has served off and on the Fort Hall Business Council since 2008. He’s a third-generation council member.

He grew up in the Gibson District and currently resides in the Fort Hall District.

Devon attended Idaho State University and studied Business Management. He worked at FMC for 14 years, the Fort Hall Police Department for 14 years, and has been with gaming off and on since 2001.

In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and taking part in sundances and other circles.
