The Land Use Commission is holding a public hearing for the following:
SBT Solar of Navajo Power is requesting a Special Use Permit approving the lease of approximately 704 acres of previously disturbed land from the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, between 1-15 and Hwy 9 1 for 40 years and to develop a 100 MW large-scale solar energy and storage facility.
