Fort Hall, Idaho – At 1:30 PM on Sunday, July 21, 2024 a fire was reported near Little Indian Road in the Lincoln Creek District of the Fort Hall Reservation

The Fort Hall Fire Department (FHFD), BIA Wildland Firefighters, Shelley Fire Department, BLM, Blackfoot Fire Department and air attack responded.  Approximately 250 acres has burned.  

According to FHFD Chief Eric King, containment is estimated to be at approximately 8:30 PM tonight. Fire crews will remain on the scene until 6:00 PM on Monday, July 22, 2024.

There are currently no injuries, evacuations or structural damage to report. The cause of the fire is currently unknown pending investigation.
