 Reminder Notice 

April 3, 2026 

This reminder notice is for all enrolled Shoshone-Bannock Tribal members to update their information with Finance or Enrollment. 

FINANCE 

Listed below are items that should be updated with finance, if any changes have occurred. 

  • Bank Information Changed bank or new account number. 
  • Sign-up for direct deposit. 
  • Stop direct deposit. 
  • Tax Withholdings Percentage withheld from per-capita payment (optional). 
  • Revoke taxes, for those who currently have taxes withheld from per-capita payments but no longer want taxes withheld. 

Paperwork is available at the finance office, some paperwork requires additional documentation. The finance office can be contacted by calling 208-478-3844 or 208-478-3779 to request paperwork or if you have any questions. 

Note: Complete direct deposit forms received by Thursday May 1, 2026, will be honored 

for June 2026 distribution. DO NOT EMAIL bank information. 

ENROLLMENT 

Listed below are items that should be updated with enrollment, if any changes have occurred. 

  • Change of address. 
  • Name change. 
  • Minor agreement form. 
  • Court Orders. 
  • Tribal identification card.
