TERO partners with others to offer Operator training

TERO has partnered with Tribal Transportation and Western States Caterpillar and is offering an opportunity for 10 Tribal individuals to learn what it takes to be an operator using the most up-to-date equipment. Trainees will learn basic safety, equipment inspection, GPS and Si-Tech, and hands-on training operating a motor grader, loader & roller. The training participants will be working on actual tribal projects the week of June 10 – 14, 2019 (Mon-Frid). Preference will be given to Shoshone-Bannock Tribal members, although, other enrolled Native Americans may apply. 10 slots need to be filled for this training.
