In preparation for the 45th distribution, we are asking tribal members of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes to adhere to the following deadlines.
The deadline for direct deposit submissions and cancellations is due by Monday, November 3 to the Finance Department located within the Tribal Business Center. Finance does not accept any information via email, forms may be picked up at the Finance Office in room 415 and can be submitted from Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or mailed to SBT- Finance P.O. Box 684 Fort Hall, ID. 83203.
Distribution forms can be accessed online at https://www.sbtribes.com/finance/ All supporting documentation must accompany the direct deposit form; the name of the tribal member must be noted on the account and a voided check or direct deposit form from the financial institution must be attached. Minor and incapacitated direct deposit forms need to be notarized and include court documentation.

To update addresses, name changes, minor agreement forms, and court orders please contact the Enrollment office by Thursday, November 13 to complete the appropriate forms. Enrollment can be reached at 208-478-3809 or 208-478-3963.
