The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes are encouraging the Tribal members to sign up for direct deposit.
To setup direct deposit or update bank information, forms are available at the Finance office
room 415 in the TBC building or you can go to www.sbtribes.com. To print forms from the
website you will select Government, select Office of Finance, then scroll down until you see
Per Capita Documents.
Please include ALL supporting documentation that is listed on the forms. Please note the direct deposit form for Minor must be notarized for each child that is being setup for direct deposit.
To update addresses, name changes, court orders, please contact Enrollment at 208-478-3946.
The Finance Office will be available for individuals to pick up or drop off Direct Deposit Forms Monday through Friday, April 27th to May 1st, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. There is a phone number posted on the NE entranceway of the TBC and someone will let you in to the building.
Notary Services will be available on Tuesday and Thursday from 10a.m. to 2 p.m.
Completed forms must be returned to the Finance office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2020.
