The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes extend congratulations to the candidates elected in the 2026 General Election on May 29, 2026. The unofficial results of the top vote getters are as follows:
Fort Hall Business Council incumbents Donna Thompson, with 376 votes, and Devon Boyer, with 325 votes, were re-elected, alongside the first-time councilmember Michael Tindore, who received 308 votes.
For the Land Use Policy Commission, Aaron F. Broncho was elected with 479 votes, and Casper Appenay was elected with 363 votes.
Those elected will be sworn into office at the next regular Fort Hall Business Council meeting on June 9, 2026, following certification of the election results by the Election Board and Fort Hall Business Council.
